Why I Do This Work
For decades, I lived inside my own overthinking loops—second-guessing decisions, replaying conversations, and carrying the emotional weight of everyone around me. I looked successful on the outside, but inside I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from myself.
Everything shifted when I learned how to calm my nervous system, interrupt spirals, and build a new kind of trust in myself.
Now I help women in midlife do the same—quiet the noise in their minds, break free from survival thinking, and step into a calmer, more grounded life.
